After your payment is verified, it takes 1-2 business days to process and ship your order. This does not include weekends or holidays.
Most orders arrive within 7-15 business days of the shipping date, however, it can take up to 35 business days for orders to arrive.Please note that this is the estimation only and we do not guarantee delivery dates. Some locations (Latin America, Africa, Middle East) could take longer to deliver. Note: The Item Guarantee Period lasts 45 business days (not including the processing time) and the buyer is eligible for a reshipment of order or money refund after this period.
There is nothing to worry about, the rest of your order is on the way! We ship every item individually so that even if some items aren’t available it won’t hold up the entire order and you will receive every item as fast as possible.
Send us an email to [email protected] immediately after the order is placed on our system so we can correct this before your order ships out. Please include [WRONG ORDER INFO] in the subject line so we notice your high priority issue. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be canceled. The correct input of the shipment details in our store is the sole responsibility of the buyer.

Most orders will be delivered by your local post service as regular registered mail, (USPS for the United States, Royal Mail for the United Kingdom). If you are not home when the delivery is made, a notice card may be left by the postal service to advise you on how and where your package should be collected.
